Instant Pot creamy ziti

It’s a satisfying meal that brings all the flavors of a slow-cooked baked ziti, but in a fraction of the time. With just a handful of ingredients and a single pot, you’ll have a delicious dinner ready in less than 30 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.

Helpful Tips

  • Perfectly cooked pasta: Don’t stir the pasta before sealing the lid. Just push it down into the liquid. This ensures perfectly cooked pasta in the Instant Pot every time!
  • Add veggies: Change it up by stirring in chopped spinach or sautéed mushrooms right after releasing the pressure.
  • Thicken up: After you’ve stirred all the ingredients in let the pasta sit for a few minutes before serving. The pasta will thicken as it cools.
