Instructions
Pat dry the pork chops.
Mix together the seasonings in a small bowl and season the pork well on both sides.
In the Instant Pot, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
Nestle the pork chops into the soup mixture. They don’t need to be fully submerged.
Cover with the tempered glass lid or the regular Instant Pot lid with the vent open.
Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours. Check the internal temperature of the pork with a meat thermometer to ensure they’ve reached 145-165° F(63-74°C). Serve the pork chops with the mushroom sauce.
Notes
Thicker is better. Choose bone-in chops about 1 inch thick for the best results.
Pat the chops dry and season them before laying in the bed of sauce in the pot. This will ensure the chops themselves are seasoned and flavorful.
Resist the urge to rush; slow cooking is key for fork-tender goodness. It'll take 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low.
