1 pound (454 g ) chicken breast frozen 1 cup (237 ml ) chicken broth 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g ) salt 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g ) ground black pepper optional
Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark
Pour the broth into the inner pot. Place the chicken in the water.
Close and lock the lid. Set the vent to sealing.
Press the Pressure Cook button and set to 12 minutes. It will take about 5-10 minutes to come up to pressure.
After cooking, allow a natural pressure release.
Serve chicken any way you want.
