- 2 ears corn on the cob (cook as many as you like up to the fill line)
- 1 cup (237 ml) water
- salt, pepper, butter for garnish
Prevent your screen from going dark
Place the trivet inside the inner pot. Pour in the water. Hot water will bring the pressure up faster.
Place the corn on the trivet. You can stack the corn to fit more pieces.
Press the Pressure Cook button and set the time to 2 minutes. When the time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.
- You can make as many ears of corn as you can fit in the Instant Pot up to the fill line.
- You don't need any additional water in the pot even if you add more pieces of corn.
- If you have an 8-quart pot, use 1 1/2 cups of water.
