Ingredients
 

  • 2 ears corn on the cob (cook as many as you like up to the fill line)
  • 1 cup (237 ml) water
  • salt, pepper, butter for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the trivet inside the inner pot. Pour in the water. Hot water will bring the pressure up faster.
  • Place the corn on the trivet. You can stack the corn to fit more pieces.
  • Press the Pressure Cook button and set the time to 2 minutes. When the time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.

Notes

  • You can make as many ears of corn as you can fit in the Instant Pot up to the fill line.
  • You don't need any additional water in the pot even if you add more pieces of corn.
  • If you have an 8-quart pot, use 1 1/2 cups of water.
