1 cup (185 g ) long grain brown rice 1 cup (237 ml ) cold water

Combine the rice and water in the Instant Pot.
Close and lock the lid. Set to cook for 15 minutes on high pressure.
When the time is up, allow a 5 minute natural release, then release remaining pressure.
Open the lid and fluff the rice with a wooden spoon.
If some liquid remains, let the rice sit for a few minutes to soak it up.
