Instant Pot Ranch Pork Chops are a delicious homemade meal with thick juicy pork chops coated in ranch seasoning, ready in less than 30 minutes in the Instant Pot.
Rub the pork chops with 2 teaspoons of the ranch seasoning mix.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. When hot, add 1 tablespoon of the butter and, once melted, add the pork chops to the pot, 2 at a time, and sear on each side, about 2 minutes per side.
Remove the pork chops from the pot.
Pour in the water and deglaze the bottom of the pot to remove the browned bits.
Place the pork chops back into the water in the pot. Close the lid and set the vent to sealing, if necessary.
Press the pressure cook or manual button and set to cook for 8 minutes on high pressure. When the time is up, allow a 5 minute natural pressure release before releasing the remaining pressure. The pork should measure 145° F.
Remove the pork from the pot and pour out the water.
Turn the Instant Pot onto sauté mode again. When hot, add the remaining butter. When melted, add the flour and remaining teaspoon of ranch seasoning. Whisk to combine. Cook for 1 minute. Turn off sauté mode.
Pour in the milk. Whisk until thickened.
Serve the pork chops with the creamy ranch sauce.
Notes
Use pork chops that are about 1" thick for the best result.
If your pork chop is large, it may require additional cook time. If the meat hasn't reached 145° F, continue to cook on sauté mode until it has.
