Instructions
Turn on saute mode on the Instant Pot. Add the butter and let it melt. Then add the onion, salt and thyme. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then turn off the Instant Pot.
Pour in the stock and stir. Place the cabbage in the pot.
Close and lock the lid. Set to cook for 5 minutes on high pressure. When the time is up, do a quick release of the pressure and remove the lid. Test the doneness. If it’s not quite done, put the lid back on and let it sit on Keep Warm for 2-5 minutes.
Transfer the cabbage to a serving plate and season to taste.
