Delicious Instant Pot Brownie Bites

These Instant Pot brownie bites are gooey, chocolate-y, and so easy to make in the Instant Pot in an egg mold in just 20 minutes.

Equipment

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup (227 g) melted butter
  • 2 cups (400 g) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (43 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups (188 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) salt
  • 1 cup (237 ml) water

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Lightly spray the egg mold with cooking spray. Pour the brownie mixture into the wells, filling them 3/4 of the way.
  • Pour water into the inner pot. Place the trivet inside the pot. Place the filled egg mold onto the trivet.
  • Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Press the pressure cook or manual button and set the time to 20 minutes. It will take about 5 minutes to come up to pressure. When done, allow for a 10 minute natural pressure release before releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Remove the egg mold and let it cool completely before removing the brownies.

Notes

This recipe will make 14-21 brownie bites depending on how full you get the mold.
