Mix together the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
Lightly spray the egg mold with cooking spray. Pour the brownie mixture into the wells, filling them 3/4 of the way.
Pour water into the inner pot. Place the trivet inside the pot. Place the filled egg mold onto the trivet.
Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Press the pressure cook or manual button and set the time to 20 minutes. It will take about 5 minutes to come up to pressure. When done, allow for a 10 minute natural pressure release before releasing any remaining pressure.
Remove the egg mold and let it cool completely before removing the brownies.

This recipe will make 14-21 brownie bites depending on how full you get the mold.
