Get Prepared

PREP

Peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes. You can leave on the potato skin if you want.

STEP 1

Pour hot water into the inner pot. Place a steamer basket, or tin foil basket, in the inner pot with the potatoes and carrots.

STEP 2

Season the veggies with salt and pepper.

STEP 3

Close and lock the lid. Set the vent to sealing.

STEP 4

Press the Pressure Cook button and set to 3 minutes. It will take about 5 minutes to come up to pressure.

STEP 5

After cooking, do a quick release of the pressure, and open the lid.
