Love Pork Chops Again (Instant Pot Magic!)

Pork Chops get a bad name, because they've been too often overcooked, so they turn out dry and bland. That doesn't happen in the Instant Pot. Cook your pork chops to perfection and you'll love them again!

Ingredients You Need

– 4 boneless pork chops (approximately 6 oz each) – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – Salt & ground black pepper – 1 tablespoon Cooking oil – 1 cup water

STEP ONE

Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

STEP TWO

Heat the Instant Pot on saute mode. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Sear for 2-3 mins per side.

STEP THREE

Pour in water. Whisk up browned bits on the bottom. Return pork chops to the pot. Lock the lid and set to cook for 5 minutes on high pressure.

STEP FOUR

When done, allow a natural release for 5 mins, then release remaining pressure. Remove lid and serve.

SERVE 

You can make a gravy with some of the remaining juices in the pot. Just add butter, flour, and Ranch seasoning.
