– 4 boneless pork chops (approximately 6 oz each) – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – Salt & ground black pepper – 1 tablespoon Cooking oil – 1 cup water
Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Heat the Instant Pot on saute mode. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil. Sear for 2-3 mins per side.
Pour in water. Whisk up browned bits on the bottom. Return pork chops to the pot. Lock the lid and set to cook for 5 minutes on high pressure.
When done, allow a natural release for 5 mins, then release remaining pressure. Remove lid and serve.
You can make a gravy with some of the remaining juices in the pot. Just add butter, flour, and Ranch seasoning.
