Unlike traditional stovetop cooking methods that require constant monitoring and stirring, the Instant Pot simplifies the process by allowing for a hands-off approach. 

Ingredients You Need

– 1 cup steel cut oats – 3 cups water – 1/4 teaspoon salt – Toppings like honey, cream, blueberries, and almonds.

STEP ONE

Place the oats, water, and salt in the inner pot. Stir to combine.

STEP TWO

Close and lid and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. When done, allow a natural release of pressure. 

STEP THREE

Stir the oats and serve with your desired toppings.
