STEP 1

Put the potatoes and water into the Instant Pot. Add Half the salt and stir.

STEP 2

Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing. Press the pressure cook button and set the time for 8 minutes. When the time is up, do a quick release of the pressure.
