– 1 medium head cauliflower approx 2 pound – 1 tablespoon paprika – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon chili powder mild – 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/4 teaspoon onion powder – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 cup water
Mix together the spices with the olive oil and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the sauce onto the head of cauliflower and rub it in.
Place the cauliflower in a steamer basket in the Instant Pot and pour in the water. Close the lid of the Instant Pot.
Press the Pressure Cook button and set the cook time to 4 minutes on high pressure. When the time is up, do a quick pressure release and carefully remove the steamer basket.
Serve with the sauce of your choosing, if desired.
