The Easiest Way to Clean an Instant Pot Liner

You can make amazing, tasty meals in the Instant Pot, but then comes the task of cleaning it!

If you've ever gotten the burn notice while cooking, you've probably had food get stuck on the bottom.

Food can easily get stuck on the inner pot from burning food or from using saute mode. But you won’t have to worry about it again with this fantastic little tip. 

There are a few tools you’re going to need, but don’t worry – these are so simple. I’m sure you have them at the ready.  1. Water 2. Baking soda 3. Liquid dish soap

Pour directly into the inner pot. No need to mix them together first. – 2 cups water – 2 tablespoons baking soda – 1 teaspoon liquid dish soap

Lock the lid and pressure cook for 3 minutes. When time is up, do a natural release. Open the pot. You can easily scrap off the food that was stuck on the bottom of with a rubber spatula. 

Once you’ve poured out the dirty water, do a final clean with a sponge and soap and dry the inner pot.  It's super clean and polished! No elbow grease required.
